Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and care
• Verifying insurance and handling patient registration
• Managing co‑pay collections and balancing daily/weekly deposits
• Supporting front‑office operations and serving as a resource for colleagues
• Assisting with limited coding and charge entry as needed

Qualifications Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum one year of health care experience or equivalent education in at least one of the following areas preferred:
  Admitting, Medical Records/Health Information, Applicable clerical support experience, Familiarity with Medical Terminology.

Skills

• Communications skills.
• Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Licensure

• BLS certification preferred.

Pay Range

USD $20.83 – USD $29.79 /Hr.
