This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Canby, OR. The Assembly/ Hand Finish Technical Supervisor will oversee and manage assembly and hand finish processes, ensuring high‑quality production standards. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing technical support, analyzing operational challenges, and ensuring efficient production workflows. This role requires leadership abilities to guide and mentor the team while maintaining adherence to company and industry standards.
Qualifications- Proven supervisory skills and experience in team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and resolving technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in providing technical support and expertise in manufacturing processes
- Team management experience with a focus on fostering collaboration and maintaining productivity
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards, especially AS9100C, is preferred
- Ability to work well in an on‑site, hands‑on manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical experience in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous
