Who We Are:

A local manufacturing company is looking to add a Warehouse Specialist to their growing team. This company designs and builds pumps used in commercial and industrial applications, shipping both domestically and internationally. They take pride in their craftsmanship and teamwork and are seeking someone who wants to grow with the organization.

Scheduling: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm

Location: Canby, OR

Pay: $19 /hr to start

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare finished products for freight shipment, including boxing, crating, wrapping, and palletizing large equipment for domestic and international shipping.
• Assist the crating team with building and packing large wooden crates and ensuring products are secured properly for transport.
• Operate a stand‑up electric forklift, maintain packaging material inventory, and work closely with the shipping team.

What You Need to Have:

• Stand‑up electric forklift experience (at least a year).
• At least 1 year of shipping, packaging, or warehouse experience.
• Experience helping with crating, boxing, or large‑item packaging is a plus.
• Comfortable packaging large crates for international shipment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with nail guns and basic hand tools.
• Mechanically inclined and hands‑on.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Reliable transportation.
