As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will:

• Average base salary $40,000–$64,000 with uncapped commission.
• Paid time off: 40 hours per year for the first year, 80 hours thereafter.
• Guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may include overnight travel and will require ongoing online or computer‑based modules throughout employment.
