Employees earn an average salary between $40,000–$64,000, with a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate for the first 60 days. Paid time off accrues at a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year, increasing to 80 hours thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave requirements comply with applicable state law.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All sales consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Training may include overnight travel at the company’s expense, and additional online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.

You will be required to take a pre‑hire assessment (20 minutes or less). If selected, a recruiter or hiring manager will contact you to discuss the role further.
