Carpenter – Canby, Oregon

Boss Exteriors Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. This full‑time role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, steel, and other materials.

$22.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Hourly pay of $22–$27, paid semi‑monthly. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction and remodeling projects from start to finish.
• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, providing direction and guidance as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Ensure construction materials and equipment are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to keep them informed of project progress.
• Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Train and mentor new carpenters as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter.
• Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Represent Boss Exteriors’ high standards in all work performed.
