We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Canby, Oregon. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Execute operations by following designated routes, schedules, and rigorous safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 21 years old or older.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
- Minimum three years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work shifts and flexible schedules, including Saturdays.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity conditions; all work is performed outside, often alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances on possible sloped or uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access ground‑level equipment.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing job duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
- Vacation: up to 14 days per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: 8 hours monthly for full‑time employees.

Starting pay $24.50 – $27.00 per hour with progression to $30.50 over five years.
