Join HBK CPAs & Consultants as a Tax Manager within our Manufacturing Solutions Group. HBK is a top 50 accounting firm and a top 100 registered investment advisory. We partner with entrepreneurs and small to mid‑size manufacturing businesses, providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.

• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong concentration in tax – corporate, partnership, individual, and resolving complex tax issues.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of various accounting software.
• Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work effectively with the internal team and clients.
• CPA or law degree required.

• Interact closely with clients and firm team members to provide innovative and proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
• Specialization in individual and business tax returns, with concentration in flow-through entities.
• Ensure complete client and team satisfaction through open communication, managing deadlines, and proactively sharing tax‑saving strategies.
• Work closely with Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and staff on client management, professional development, and business development activities.
• Supervise and lead associate and senior associate team members to manage responsibilities and deadlines on client engagements.
• Develop skills to attract new clients, market the company’s services and products, and facilitate business expansion with existing clients.
• Keep abreast of legislative or professional changes and consult with clients on potential implications.
• Participate in client development through networking events and professionally represent the firm in the business community.
• Display continual commitment to the firm’s culture, values and client service principles.
• Demonstrate strong communication, intuitive and resourceful skills that encourage others to follow and develop the same skills.
