Overview

St Peter’s C Of E Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Office Services Manager. This is a key role at the heart of our academy, where no two days are the same. We need someone who is highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will represent our school with professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude.

Our office team is the hub of the school – the go-to people for staff and families – so being approachable, friendly, and child-centered is essential.

Location:

St Peter’s C Of E Primary Academy, Reservoir Road, Hednesford, WS12 1BE

Hours:

Full-time (37 hours per week), Term Time Only + 3 weeks

Contract:

Permanent Grade 6

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the academy’s office and administrative functions, ensuring efficient systems and processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support a fast-paced front-of-house environment and coordinate workload within the admin team.
