Overview
St Peter’s C Of E Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Office Services Manager. This is a key role at the heart of our academy, where no two days are the same. We need someone who is highly organised, resilient, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will represent our school with professionalism, warmth, and a positive attitude.
Our office team is the hub of the school – the go-to people for staff and families – so being approachable, friendly, and child-centered is essential.

St Peter’s C Of E Primary Academy, Reservoir Road, Hednesford, WS12 1BE
Hours:
Full-time (37 hours per week), Term Time Only + 3 weeks
Contract:
Permanent Grade 6
- Lead and manage the academy’s office and administrative functions, ensuring efficient systems and processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Support a fast-paced front-of-house environment and coordinate workload within the admin team.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain calm under pressure
- Adaptable and flexible – ready to handle the unexpected
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment and is able to lead our admin team

By leading our admin team, you’ll play a vital role in our school and connect with a network of skilled professionals across seven schools within Future Generation Trust. You’ll work alongside a central team that values people and invests in their development.
Additional Information- This is a front-of-house role with regular interaction with children and families
- Term time only, 37 hours per week + 3 weeks
- Salary:
Grade 6 starting at £27,254.00 - £30,024.00 FTE (pro-rata)
