This school is searching for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students' learning and development. You'll be an integral part of the classroom team, helping individual students and small groups with activities that align with the lesson plans.
Your role will include providing additional help for pupils who need extra assistance to understand the material or complete tasks.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the teacher with general classroom duties
Helping students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with specific tasks and activities
Assisting with children who may need additional help to fully grasp the lesson content
Delivering small group interventions as per the teacher's planning
Using your initiative to adapt activities as needed to meet students' individual needs
What We're Looking For:
Has experience working in a primary school setting
Is comfortable with the primary school curriculum
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification)
Can provide effective and empathetic support to both teachers and students
Is proactive and able to manage tasks independently
Has a genuine desire to help children succeed and thrive in the classroom
