We are recruiting English, Maths, and Science Teachers for a specialist school supporting pupils aged who face challenges in mainstream education. Small classes, personalised support, and trauma-informed approaches help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You ll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-informed lessons for pupils with SEND and trauma histories

• Use assessment data to track progress and adapt teaching strategies

• Promote pupils social, emotional, and academic development

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Collaborate with teaching assistants and specialist staff to provide support

Who We re Looking For

• QTS or QTLS qualified

• Experience teaching pupils with complex needs or challenging behaviour

• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and behaviour management in SEN settings

• Resilient, empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting vulnerable pupils
