Responsibilities:

Provide effective in-class support for the Year 5 teacher
Lead targeted small-group interventions in core subjects
Use clear, consistent behaviour-management strategies to support positive routines
Offer academic and pastoral support tailored to individual pupil needs
Prepare engaging learning resources to enhance lessons
Help maintain a calm, focused and supportive learning environment
Encourage resilience, independence and positive choices

What we require:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Enhanced DBS (support available if needed)
Right to work in the UK
