• Provide effective in‑class support for the Year 5 teacher
• Lead targeted small‑group interventions in core subjects
• Use clear, consistent behaviour‑management strategies to support positive routines
• Offer academic and pastoral support tailored to individual pupil needs
• Prepare engaging learning resources to enhance lessons
• Help maintain a calm, focused and supportive learning environment
• Encourage resilience, independence and positive choices

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Enhanced DBS (support available if needed)
• Right to work in the UK
