• Support the class teacher in delivering a rich, engaging EYFS curriculum.
• Assist in fostering the development of key skills such as early literacy, numeracy, and social interaction.
• Create an environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and develop.
• Help manage classroom activities, ensuring all children have the support they need to succeed.

• Experience working with young children, particularly within an EYFS setting.
• A warm, caring, and nurturing personality with an understanding of the developmental needs of young learners.
• Strong communication skills, both with children and adults.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) is desirable.
