ECTs are encouraged to apply, as well as experienced teachers. Our client has the capacity to support Early Career Teachers through their induction years.

This is a part-time position, working Mondays and Tuesdays, from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.

To apply for this Primary Teaching role, you will need:

  • Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2 through placements or previous employment.

  • A strong reference from a recent school placement or employer.

Working as a Primary Teacher for Flourish Education, you will receive excellent benefits, including:

  • A competitive salary of up to £232.57 per day (M1–M6, paid to scale depending on experience).
  • Holiday pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate into a holiday pot.
  • Pension contributions.
  • KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and Prevent Duty training, including modules covering legislation, FGM, and abuse awareness.
  • Regular contact and support throughout the registration process and while in placement.
  • Your own dedicated consultant who will take the time to get to know you and ensure you are placed in schools where you can thrive.
  • Free ongoing CPD opportunities.

We work with a large variety of schools across Cannock and the surrounding areas, including Bloxwich, Burntwood, and Hednesford. Most schools also offer on-site parking.

We look forward to hearing from you!
