We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school team.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027.
This is a part-time role supporting our Nursery children during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will help to create a safe, positive and nurturing environment, assisting children with their lunchtime routines, encouraging independence, promoting good manners, and ensuring their wellbeing throughout the lunch break.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with young children, ideally within an Early Years setting.
- Be patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with children.
- Support children with eating, hygiene and social interaction during lunchtime.
- Work effectively as part of the Early Years team.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
