• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure product and process quality.
• Solve complex problems using techniques such as 8D, 5Y, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support New Product Introduction processes, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and PSW documentation.
• Prioritise inspection tasks to align with production requirements and deadlines.
• Perform internal and external audits on processes and products to maintain quality standards.
• Assist the Quality Manager in upholding IATF
  16949 and ISO
  9001 standards across all production areas.

• A solid technical education complemented by practical engineering skills.
• Experience in injection moulding and assembly processes within automotive manufacturing would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with IATF
  16949 and VDA requirements.
• A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proven experience in internal and external auditing within high:volume production environments.
