NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group in Cannock is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team in a growing electrical manufacturing business. This role involves overseeing electrical design, managing engineering projects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in engineering and manufacturing processes while supporting production initiatives. An attractive salary of £55,000 to £60,000 alongside generous benefits including early finishes on Fridays, 25 days of holiday, a matched pension, and health coverage will be offered.
