Finance Director

• Part-time role – 3 days per week, office based
• Board-level exposure and strategic influence
• Supportive leadership structure with an established finance team

• Leading the company’s financial strategy to support long-term stability, profitability & growth
• Evaluating financial risk associated with investments and strategic initiatives
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial planning processes
• Managing liquidity, cash flow, and access to funding and credit facilities
• Coordinating corporate finance activities, including debt, taxation, and equity
• Ensuring full financial compliance and governance across the business
• Acting as a key financial advisor to the CEOs and COO on strategic decision-making
• Leading and developing a finance team with the FC reporting directly

• CIMA essential; ACCA/ACA also accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years operating as a Finance Director.
• Extensive, senior-level experience prior to FD position.
• Strong background in Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, and strategic leadership.
• Deep understanding of financial governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Highly commercially minded, ability to influence & challenge at Board level.
