. As a Fuel Planner, you will coordinate and manage all customer fuel requirements to ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment, while optimising delivery schedules and supplier performance. What

You’ll Do As a Fuel Planner
  • Coordinate fuel deliveries and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.
  • Monitor fuel requirements and manage refuelling schedules throughout the equipment hire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to provide timely updates and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage fuel administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, and cost recovery activities.
  • Drive operational efficiency, revenue recovery, and safety compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
You Are
  • Experience in fuel, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments, with an understanding of operational service delivery.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems to support operational performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, customer‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
