We are a friendly and welcoming small entry primary school committed to providing a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for our pupils and staff. We take pride in our school community and are seeking a reliable and proactive caretaker to help maintain our premises to a high standard.

We are looking to appoint a dedicated and trustworthy Caretaker to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Opening and closing the school site as required
* Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general DIY tasks
* Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the school grounds
* Monitoring health and safety across the site and reporting any issues
* Liaising with contractors and overseeing works where necessary
* Managing site security, including alarms and access
* Supporting with setting up rooms and spaces for school activities and events
