Estate Agent Area Partner role at Tie Talent

Location:
Cannock (must reside within the designated Area). Salary: £60,000 OTE. Accountable to:
Estate Agency Director. Responsible for: A defined multi-function Area of the Spicerhaart Network.
Main Purpose of the role:
Support the Estate Agency Director in implementing and delivering the Area’s strategic operating plans, including sales performance within income, profit and market share across Estate Agency and Legal Services, with oversight and contribution to Financial Services and Land and New Homes.
- Contribute to and implement the Area strategy to ensure profitable growth and continuous improvement, with focus on the role-relevant KPIs and growth of Market Share within the defined territory.
- Build and develop a highly effective Area Team while embedding the Company’s core behaviours, values and principles.
- Ensure Area adherence to Divisional operating objectives and standards, and own the Area’s performance against those standards.
- Define and deliver minimum standards across the Area and ensure adherence to the Spicerhaart Way.
- Foster a culture of coaching to drive high performance and lead the Area business at all times.
- Lead and motivate the Area, and collaborate with the wider business to align recruitment, retention, training, coaching and development with Divisional goals.
- Implement Company and Business Policy within the Area and represent the Area as the professional face internally and externally.
- Monitor Area operating and financial results against plans and budgets, taking remedial action when needed (with EAD agreement).
- Ensure legal and commercial compliance across the Area and support a culture of innovation.
- Promote HR processes and best practices (recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations) and focus on staff retention.
- Engage in local marketing initiatives and manage internal audit and compliance processes within the Area.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all colleagues in line with legislation and company policies.
- Protect the Brand’s reputation in public and B2B forums (including Review platforms).
- Collaborate with the Partnership Director to recruit high-calibre estate agency professionals into Hub and Partnership locations in line with growth plans.
- Operate remotely to lead and manage Partners, supporting their growth and market share objectives.
- People Management: motivate staff and conduct 1:1s and reviews focused on performance and development.
- Strategic Management: provide clear direction to Area staff.
- Change Leadership: drive change with stakeholder buy-in.
- Personal Impact: act as a role model and trusted leader.
- Influencing Strategies and Market Insight: anticipate market trends across Area business streams.
- Marketing
Experience:
address Area requirements and champion canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, reviews, and on/off market activity. - Performance Orientation: drive long-term performance and capacity; nurture coaching culture.
- Remote Leadership: manage geographically dispersed Partners effectively.
