We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract at Mc Arthur Glen Designer Outlet West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy outlet store for a brand recognised for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong reputation in menswear fashion retail.

💰 Salary£30,000 – £35,000 per annum
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience
- Oversee daily operations including stock control, compliance and shrinkage reduction
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned to brand guidelines
- Analyse store performance and act on commercial opportunities
- Manage labour costs and support efficient workforce planning
Act as a key link between store operations and wider retail leadership
