The business is expanding its sales team to keep up with demand and is now looking for an ambitious Sales Controller to help drive performance, maximise every opportunity and support a busy sales operation.

You'll be right in the middle of the action. Supporting and driving performance across the showroom Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity Helping sales executives convert more customers Pushing deals through and overcoming objections Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity Maintaining high standards from first enquiry through to handover Working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional results What You Bring Previous automotive sales experience Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar A strong closer with excellent commercial awareness Confident managing customers and supporting deals Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity Someone who leads from the front and enjoys a fast-paced environment The Setup Cannock 4-5 days per week Long days, rota-based Weekend working included The Money £42,000 - £49,000 basic salary Up to £2,000 per month bonus OTE £70,000 Plus incentives, competitions and recognition Bottom Line The footfall is there.
