What you will do:
  • Engage with children and families to perform comprehensive assessments, ensuring all individual needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans.
  • Provide high-quality support and intervention to children with disabilities and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and case conferences to advocate for the needs of the child.
  • Offer expert advice, guidance, and support to children, families, and other professionals.
