Operations Supervisor Back Shift

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.
• Educating the team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.

• Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 14:30 – 23:00. Salary: £16.57 per hour plus shift premium of £1.78 per hour up until 22:00 and £2.15 per hour from 22:00 – 06:00.
