Position: Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer with Security Clearance

Canonsburg, PA Clearance:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time.

Description:

* Design and analyze AC-DC and DC-DC power systems and power control.

* Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware.

* Design and develop analog circuits, including amplifiers, filters, power supplies, and signal conditioning circuits.

* Develop and implement VHDL code for hardware description and design.

* Design and troubleshoot high-speed digital circuits and systems.
We encourage you to apply if you have experience with any of the following:
* Expertise in power system design:
* DC/DC

* Buck

* Boost

* LDO

* AC/DC

* Proficiency with communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet.

* Experience with multilayer PCB design.

* Design of safety significant circuits.

* Background in automotive, medical, or defense industries.

* Proficiency in VHDL for hardware description and design.

* Experience in high-speed digital design. Required

Education and Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
