Human Resources Administrator

McMurray, PA 15317 | Salary: $50,000–$60,000 | Hybrid after training

• Provide administrative and HR support to leadership and the HR team, including confidential records and correspondence

• The HR Administrator will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and offboarding activities

• Schedule meetings, interviews, events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities

• Maintain organizational charts, HR records, surveys, reports, and project tracking

• Support office operations, including supplies, catering, mail, conference rooms, and general organization

• The HR Administrator will prepare reports, presentations, training materials, and other documents for leadership and staff

• The HR Administrator will coordinate logistics and materials for company meetings, training events, and staff sessions

• Communicate with employees, clients, vendors, and outside partners while providing professional front-office support

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required

• 0–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent organization, communication, and project coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Basic understanding of general HR practices and processes
