What You’ll Do

● Provide exceptional care and support to residents with daily living activities

● Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility needs

● Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights

● Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

● Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

● Accurately document care provided

● Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers

What We’re Looking For

● Current Pennsylvania CNA certification

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills

● Compassion for seniors and commitment to resident-centered care

● Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply
