As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at South Hills, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Manage IVs and monitor fluid and food intake and output
Ensure patients and their families understand release instructions
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed
Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Move patients safely and efficiently to ensure their comfort and well-being

Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
