** As an Administrator Housing Support, you will play a key role in providing efficient and proactive administrative services to ensure our offices run smoothly.
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success.
You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local offices.
As an Administrator Housing Support you will:
• Support the effective running of the site office/s including office facilities and fleet to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
• Complete a range of administrative activities critical to the support of site operations such as supporting planning and delivery of events, records management, printing, scanning etc.
• Manage emails to the group mailboxes - to ensure a timely response (or escalation when needed).
• Work alongside the Housing and Wellbeing Support Team to provide support in areas such as: o Contacting customers o Completing financial tasks (e.g., raise and amend purchase orders, receipt invoices and Flexipurchase administration as required) o Lodgement and management of mediation applications with MBIE. o Assisting with preparation of sign-up documents o Scheduling customer meetings.

• Prior experience working in an administration role in a busy office is a huge plus
• You will have a current, clean, and full NZ driver's licence
