About The Role
As an Inclusive Learning Administrator at EKC Canterbury College, you’ll help students with additional learning needs access the support they need to thrive. You will provide high‑quality administrative support, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Head of Inclusive Learning, you’ll help shape and improve administrative systems.
ResponsibilitiesNo two days will be the same. You will coordinate annual reviews for students and manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, support staff and students, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and manage financial processes such as ordering and invoicing.
Qualifications- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using IT systems to maintain records and produce reports.
- Confidence working with financial processes, including ordering and invoicing.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and take clear meeting notes.
- Understanding of assistive technology or willingness to learn.
- Commitment to safeguarding, PREVENT and promoting a positive, inclusive culture.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification).
