Service Administrator – Premium Main Dealer

• Salary: £31,000 – £32,000 basic salary |
  OTE £36,00 – £37,000 (via realistic, highly achievable bonuses).
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week (includes Saturday morning rota).

• Billing & Records: Processing workshop invoices, accurately updating database records, and managing service documentation.
• Customer Support: Managing inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a refined, professional approach.
• Team Operations: Providing crucial administrative support to the Service Advisors, Workshop Management, and Technicians to ensure efficient daily workflow.

Requirements: Solid administrative experience (preferably within the motor trade), excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Hands-on experience with Kerridge or Keyloop is highly advantageous.
