Administration Assistant

Complete general data entry accurately and within agreed timescales. Enter vaccine and immunisation data onto patient medical records accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with Practice communications, including liaising with our website provider to arrange and coordinate website updates. Log, track and escalate IT support calls as required, liaising with IT providers to help ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain and organise patient records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Process patient registrations, both paper-based and online. Manage and process administrative workflow tasks within clinical systems (e.g. EMIS and Docman), ensuring records are kept accurate and up to date. Review patient questionnaire feedback, forwarding and flagging relevant information to the appropriate person. Undertake general office duties, including scanning, copying and document handling, to support smooth daily operations.
