Academics Ltd, a leading education recruitment agency, is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established school in Canterbury to recruit an experienced and professional School Receptionist for a full-time temp-to-perm position starting ASAP.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, personable and experienced school receptionist to join a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school's front office.

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, pupils and staff, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to emails and deal with enquiries efficiently.
• Manage the school's reception area, ensuring visitors are signed in and safeguarding procedures are followed.
• Carry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate pupil records using the school's management information system.
• Support attendance administration and other day-to-day school office tasks.
