Vehicle Technician – Canterbury
We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic to join a busy dealership in Canterbury. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent, have previous Vehicle Technician or Mechanic experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary:£37,000basic + bonus
OTE:£45,000, uncapped
Additional Bonus: £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm

- Carry out servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Complete vehicle health checks using modern workshop technology
- Diagnose faults and complete authorised mechanical repairs
- Carry out warranty repairs and complete the required documentation
- Road test vehicles to confirm faults have been rectified
- Complete workshop paperwork accurately and to a high standard
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Motor Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Experience from either a main dealership or independent garage will be considered
- Strong servicing, maintenance and repair skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to high standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous manufacturer or brand experience is advantageous but not essential
