Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providingsupportto healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Learning & Development Officer to join our People Team. As our Learning & Development Officer, you will be at the heart of delivering impactful learning initiatives. From coordinating development programmes and apprenticeship opportunities, to creating engaging digital learning content using innovative technologies, you will help ensure our colleagues have access to high-quality learning experiences that enable them to thrive.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the experience and development of colleagues across the organisation. You'll join a supportive People Team committed to innovation, continuous improvement and creating an outstanding workplace culture.

This varied and rewarding role combines learning administration, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You will:

• Coordinate and manage learning and development activities across the organisation
• Support the design, delivery and evaluation of development programmes
• Manage learning communications and promote development opportunities through a range of channels
• Support apprenticeship programmes and workforce development initiatives
• Analyse learning data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Coordinate Welcome Day programmes for new colleagues
• Build strong relationships with managers, learning providers, and key stakeholders
• Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across learning and development services

We're seeking a highly organised and motivated individual who combines excellent administrative skills with a passion for learning and people development, with:

• Experience working in a busy administrative environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience creating digital content, e-learning materials or multimedia resources
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with others
• A creative mindset and enthusiasm for improving how people learn
• Previous experience within Human Resources, Learning & Development or organisational development environments would be advantageous.
