Planner – Canterbury

About the role of a Planner

You’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by producing and managing construction programmes, monitoring progress, and working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Develop and maintain project programmes using Primavera P6 or Asta Power project.
• Prepare tender, pre‑construction, and contract programmes.
• Monitor progress and identify programme risks and opportunities.
• Work with project managers and site teams to ensure programme compliance.
• Produce progress reports and programme updates for clients and senior management.
• Support project planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and project delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain tender, pre‑construction, and live project programmes.
• Experience monitoring project progress and producing programme updates and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Relevant construction qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
