Artemis Clarke Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for groundworks and civil engineering packages. You will work with Directors, Contracts Managers and site teams to maintain cost control and margin protection across multiple live projects.
The successful candidate will manage valuations, CVRs, cash flow and procurement, negotiate final accounts and contribute to risk management. This is a strong long-term opportunity within a growing contractor.
