Southbrook School is an amazing place to teach and learn. We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, and passionate teacher to lead our Year 0-1 team.

We are looking for an outstanding educator with the following qualities:

• A fun, enthusiastic, driven educator with a passion to lead, coach and inspire our fabulous Year 0-1 learning space.
• A team player who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with all of our school team.
• A teacher who has strong systems and structures and communication.
• A teacher that is able to promote and embrace innovative and inclusive learning space practices, and support and nurture tamariki in a positive and purposeful way as they transition to school.
• An outstanding practitioner with strong, current pedagogical, curriculum and assessment knowledge, particularly in literacy and mathematics.

This position attracts 1 management unit and release time during each term.
