Are you an inspiring and experienced ECE teacher ready to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking a passionate and motivated team leader to guide and support our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education at our faith-based centre.

Our centre is a warm, nurturing environment where tamariki are supported to grow and learn. We are committed to excellence in early childhood education while intentionally weaving Christian values through our daily practice.

As team leader, you will lead curriculum development, mentor kaiako, and ensure a safe and inspiring learning environment. You will model strong professional practice and support our Christian values of faith, love and respect.

You must be ECE qualified and registered and have demonstrated leadership or experience in leading a team. A strong understanding of TeWhāriki and internal evaluation processes are vital alongside excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing tamariki and seeing them succeed.
