Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Canterbury, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children s learning and development, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The role will involve the following:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils

• Supporting children with SEN in and outside the classroom

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working as an LSA (desirable)

• Experience supporting children with SEN

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with children
