This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The role will involve the following:
* Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils
* Supporting children with SEN in and outside the classroom
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience working as an LSA (desirable)
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for working with children
