Busy Bees Judsons Road is a modern environment in the Woodend community where our team feels like a true whānau. As part of the Busy Bees Aotearoa whānau, you get the security of a national network with the heart of a local team. Our four rooms are named after beautiful Canterbury rivers, and our large natural grass areas invite exploration. From dietitian‑led Nourish meals to a sustainable partnership with a local farmer, every team member plays a vital role.

• Using Te Whāriki to plan and guide each child’s learning journey.
• Capturing and sharing high-quality assessments with families.
• Creating a supportive, equitable atmosphere where relationships and belonging are prioritised.
• Building positive relationships with the team and guiding students and helpers.
• Maintaining a beautiful, safe environment with the highest standards of care.

• A recognised ECE or Primary qualification and current New Zealand teacher registration.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable nature.
• Initiative, integrity, and a proactive, ethical approach.
• A deep commitment to Te Whāriki and interest in Reggio Emilia.
• Confidence using digital tools to document learning and connect with our community.
