Strength and Conditioning Graduate

Start your career in elite youth sport at The King's School, Canterbury as our new Strength & Conditioning Graduate. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands‑on experience within a leading co‑educational boarding school renowned for sporting excellence and pupil development.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Performance and Director of Sport, you will support the delivery of a dynamic athletic development programme across a wide range of sports and age groups. The role includes assisting with strength and conditioning sessions, performance testing, athlete monitoring and the development of age‑appropriate training programmes focused on movement, speed, agility, strength and injury reduction.

You will also contribute to the school’s Games programme, support high‑performance athletes, and play an active role in the wider boarding and co‑curricular life of the school. This is a varied and rewarding position offering valuable mentoring, professional development and the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners in a high‑performing environment.

Applicants should hold a degree in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning or a related discipline, with a desire to work towards UKSCA accreditation. Residential accommodation may be available for the right candidate.
