• Break Down Barriers
  :
  Lead our inclusion, behaviour, and safeguarding strategies to ensure all pupils receive the support they need to become agents of their own personal growth.

  Work closely with staff, children, families, and external agencies to promote wellbeing and achievement. Guide staff in implementing strategies for diverse needs.
