As a Part‑time Primary Supply Teacher
, you will deliver engaging pre‑planned lessons, maintain positive classroom environments, and ensure pupils continue to receive high‑quality learning during teacher absences. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of supportive school settings, building your experience across different year groups.
We work closely with a wide range of primary schools throughout Canterbury, including local authority schools, academies, and faith schools. Many of our partner schools are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted and are recognised for their inclusive ethos, supportive leadership teams, and commitment to delivering excellent education.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging pre‑prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and teaching requirements
- Provide feedback on pupil engagement and lesson outcomes where required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential (applications without QTS cannot be considered)
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to teaching
