Salt College is seeking an ambitious and passionate Head of Department - Construction & Apprenticeships to lead and develop our growing department, ensuring outstanding outcomes for learners, apprentices and employers.
You will oversee study programmes and apprenticeship delivery, manage a team of Apprenticeship Assessors, Trainers, Lecturers and Curriculum Staff, and build strong relationships with employers to enhance learner opportunities.
