We are seeking an inspiring, relational, and dynamic pedagogical leader to join our senior leadership team. Working in close partnership with our Phase 1 deputy principal and principal, you will help drive our strategic vision, maintain operational alignment, and lead our dedicated Years 4–6 team.

You will authentically display

• Pedagogical and curriculum expertise:
  Deep knowledge of Phase 2 curriculum delivery, senior primary pedagogy, future-focused learning, and digital citizenship.
• Cultural responsiveness:
  Demonstrated commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and proven experience uplifting Māori and Pasifika ākonga.
• Inclusive education:
  Strong understanding of neurodiversity, trauma-informed teaching, and restorative practices.
• Collaborative leadership:
  Proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire kaiako while building strong, positive relationships with ākonga, whānau, and staff.
